It's Mr. D.!  I'm just checking up on you to make sure you are taking every step to improve your health and fitness levels.  This was a fantastic year in physical education.  Not only did you learn new concepts, but you improved your fitness to new heights.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's extremely important to maintain that healthy life-style over the summer.  Here are a few recommendations as to how you can improve your fitness over the summer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Go swimming!  Swimming is an incredible cardio-vascular exercise.  It's also a great way to cool off on a hot day!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. After dinner family walks.  Encourage mom and dad to take a stroll aroud the block after dinner.  This is an excellent way to burn off some calories and bond with the family.  Usually it's a little cooler at night as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Boogie boarding / Body Surfing - If you make it to the beach this summer attempt to do some boogie boarding or body surfing.  &lt;strong&gt;Make sure mom and dad are with you during this awesome experience!  &lt;/strong&gt;These activities are excellent for improving you cardiovascular endurance as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I look forward to seeing all of our healthy Bullfrogs in late August!
